Honda to reveal revised 2013 Civic sedan in Los Angeles

In response, Honda has made the unusual decision to perform a major makeover after only 18 months on the market. The company today revealed the first look at the 2013 Honda Civic sedan in advance of its debut at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show on Nov. 29.

GM managing nearly 2,500 acres of wildlife habitat at its facilities

(November 11, 2012) DETROIT — General Motors now manages nearly 2,500 acres of wildlife habitat across 25 of its global sites, four of which are newly certified by the Wildlife Habitat Council. GM has more such certifications than any other automaker.

“Our natural resources have business value and we work to protect them,” said Mike Robinson, GM vice president of sustainability and global regulatory affairs. “These wildlife habitats also enable employees to take part in conservation efforts and help us strengthen our community ties.”

Ford's flexible assembly makes history with C-Max Energi

Nissan expects Brazil sales to climb with new agreement

(November 11, 2012) RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil  — Nissan do Brasil sold 4,455 units in October, which is still a result of the end of the Mexico Free Trade Agreement (FTA) annual quota. In the end of October, however, the company was granted a governmental authorization to benefit from the new auto regime (Inovar Auto) and, therefore, able to re-start sales of its most popular models March, Versa, Tiida and Sentra.

Chrysler named 'Manufacturer of the Year' by 2012 Ruedas ESPN
