Ford developed the Territory together with its joint venture partner, Jiangling Motors Corporation (JMC), a collaboration that melded JMC’s deep insights into new Chinese customers’ tastes with Ford’s global expertise in vehicle design, engineering, testing and manufacturing.

With a system output of up to 300 kW, the full-size SUV with a fully electric drive accelerates from zero to 100 km/h (62.1 mph) in less than six seconds. It covers more than 248.5 miles on one battery charge. And perhaps the most important factor for the long range is the most innovative recuperation concept among the competitors. The electric SUV proved this with an impressive performance at Pikes Peak.

(August 9, 2018) HERNDON, Va.  — Ahead of the U.S. arrival of the all-new Arteon, Volkswagen has unveiled a collaboration with award-winning photographer and filmmaker Douglas Sonders that captures the style and grace of the flagship in a modern setting. It was unveiled at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles.

Sonders, an early adopter of all-digital photography, worked with models Shelby Bay and Krislian Rodriguez, along with a Phase One XF IQ3 100 megapixel medium format camera to craft a dramatic set of images with the Arteon as a key ingredient.
