Suzuki achieves accumulated worldwide automobile sales of 80 million units

(October 6, 2023) Japan's Suzuki Motor Corporation had achieved accumulated worldwide automobile sales of 80 million units by the end of August 2023. The breakdown of the sales units are 28.9 million units in Japan and 51.27 million units in overseas. The breakdown of the areas are Japan 36%, India 32.6%, Europe 10%, Asia 13.5%, and others (Latin America, Oceania, Middle East, Africa, etc.) 7.8%.

Nissan will reveal all-electric Hyper Urban concept at Japan Mobility Show

The series, to be revealed in digital form leading up to the show’s press day on Oct. 25, features the word hyper to express the heightened excitement they aim to bring.

First all-new post-war Ford


The 1949 Ford is the first full-size Ford designed following World War II and the first Ford released after the deaths of Edsel Ford and Henry Ford. Ford was the first post-war America car line with an all-new model beating Chevrolet to market by six months and Plymouth by nine months. 1949 was a good sales year for Ford, which edged out Chevrolet for the top spot with 1,118,308 sales. Honda announces expansion of charging possibilities



(October 3, 2023) American Honda has announced that it has reached agreements with EVgo and Electrify America, plus roaming network partners, giving Honda and Acura EV customers access to more of the largest charging networks in North America. These latest agreements are in addition to the recent announcement that Honda will adopt the NACS charging standard with Honda and Acura EVs gaining access to the Tesla Supercharger network.
