Limited edition marks final EcoDiesel version of Jeep Gladiator



(August 14, 2023) AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — The Jeep brand is marking the end of Gladiator EcoDiesel production with the limited-edition Gladiator Rubicon FarOut.  Introduced for the 2021 model year, the Jeep Gladiator Rubicon EcoDiesel raised the capability bar with best-in-class 442 lb.-ft. of torque, unmatched in the midsize pickup truck segment, the TorqueFlite 8HP75 eight-speed automatic transmission and more than 500 miles of driving range.

Camaro fading away


This late 1980s Chevrolet Camaro was found languishing behind a repair shop in eastern North Carolina. This model was part of the third generation Camaro that was built from 1982-1992. The third-gen Camaro design owed nothing to previous generations — the large and complex rear window showed off advances in car glass design. Ford  takes action after supplier disclosure of cyber security vulnerability



(August 11, 2023) DEARBORN, Mich. — Ford says it takes cyber security seriously and regularly works with security researchers, suppliers and other vehicle manufacturers to protect customers, products and enterprise.  This statement was made Thursday after Ford learned from a supplier that a security researcher discovered a vulnerability in the Wi-Fi software driver supplied for use in the SYNC 3 infotainment system. The system is available on some Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
