An Oldsmobile Futuramic

Oldsmobile introduced its first new design following World War II in 1948. And for 1948, Oldsmobile produced an elegant yet very modern top-of-the-line car, which was dubbed Futuramic. The Futuramic was available as 98 only, selling alongside the last-gen Oldsmobile Dynamic 66 (with a straight-six engine) and the 78 (a straight-eight powerpack). 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC plug-in hybrid SUV to join U.S. product range

(March 22, 2024) Mercedes-Benz has announced a new plug-in hybrid variant of its popular GLC SUV model series, the 2025 GLC 350e 4MATIC SUV. The extensive standard offerings of the GLC 300 4MATIC SUV will carry over to the plug-in hybrid, while adding more new standard features to further enhance the electric experience. The new plug-in hybrid model will arrive at U.S. dealerships in the second half of 2024.

Highest levels of personalization drive financial performance for Bentley

(March 20, 2024) CREWE, England — Bentley Motors has revealed financial performance for 2023 that was heavily influenced by record levels of interest in luxury personalization. Operating profits reached €589 million ($642 million) as three-quarters of customers explored the 46 billion different configurations available from the options range to add bespoke content from Bentley’s Mulliner division, representing a 43 per cent rise over 2022.

Audi adds third vehicle to its U.S. electric vehicle lineup

(March 19, 2024) NGOLSTADT, Germany — Audi on Monday introduced a battery-powered crossover that will be a fresh addition in the U.S. and other key markets. The Q6 E-tron will become the brand's third electric crossover marketed in the U.S., joining the smaller Q4 E-tron and larger Q8 E-tron. The Q6 E-tron will arrive in the U.S. by year end, Audi said.
