Mercedes-AMG unveils EQE SUV with up to 677 horsepower



(October 27, 2022) AMG presents the 2024 AMG EQE SUV, the next milestone in its electrification strategy — the first all-electric SUV from the performance and sports car brand. With its spacious interior and performance-oriented drive concept, it is the most versatile electric vehicle in the Mercedes-AMG portfolio. The new model also offers generous space for passengers and luggage. Like the AMG EQS Sedan and AMG EQE Sedan, the AMG EQE SUV is based on the electric platform from Mercedes-EQ.

Celebrating history — Bentley opens new Heritage Garage



(October 26, 2022) CREWE, England — Part of the original Crewe factory site has been repurposed as a home for some of the most historically significant Bentley models from the last 103 years of company history. The Heritage Garage complements the existing Bentley Lineage exhibition in CW1 House, providing a showcase for the 42-car Bentley Heritage Collection. The Heritage Garage will house 22 cars from the Collection, currently spread from 1919 onwards but eventually focusing on those members of the fleet built in Crewe — everything from 1946 onwards.

Toyota Tundra reaches new heights with TRD 3-inch lift kit



(October 26, 2022) PLANO, Texas — The Toyota Tundra is raising the bar once more with a newly available 3.0-inch lift kit developed by Toyota Racing Development (TRD) that makes the already capable full-size pickup bigger and bolder. This new lift kit is available nationwide as a dealer-installed option for $3,995, and it’s the only Toyota-approved lift kit designed to work with the Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) system.

Hyundai breaks ground on EV and battery plant near Savannah



(October 26, 2022)  Ground was broken this week on Hyundai Motor Group's Metaplant America (HMGMA)'s  new manufacturing plant at the Bryan County Mega site. The celebration included a groundbreaking on site, followed by a future technology expo at Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Ga.,where the company highlighted “advanced technology and extraordinary human achievement” with a wide array of exhibits for hundreds of attendees from the community in attendance.

Washington yard ornament



An early 1930s Ford pickup serves as  an unusual patriotic yard ornament in Washington state. Ford battled with Chevrolet for U.S. sales supremacy during the first half of the 1930s with 1930 Ford's biggest sales year of the period at 1,140,710. Chevrolet's biggest sales year was also 1930 with 640,980 sales.

Kia announces 2023 Niro EV pricing starting at $40,745



(October 25, 2022) IRVINE, Calif. — Kia has announced pricing for the all-new 2023 Niro EV, the second-generation crossover designed from the ground up to meet and exceed the expectations of electric vehicle consumers. Offered in Niro EV Wind and Niro EV Wave trim levels, the 2023 Niro EV features a a starting price of $40,745 including destination charge. The up level Wave begins at $45,745.

Lamborghini Urus Performante makes its dynamic debut
