Obsure British car maker Atalanta Motors being revived

(November 15, 2011) UNITED KINGDOM — Staffordshire-based motoring enthusiast Martyn Corfield has embarked upon his most ambitious project yet — the revival of an obscure car company that has been described as "the most innovative and stylish pre-war British car manufacturer."

Atalanta Motors, founded in 1936, produced only 21 cars between 1937 and 1939 before World War II but an end to the company.

Chevrolet says live large in new Spark mini car

Toyota title sponsor of 'Love is Art Project' in Detroit

(November 14, 2011) DETROIT — Toyota will be serving as the title sponsor of the "Toyota Love Is Art Project" on Saturday, Nov. 19. This one-night charitable art exhibit is designed to promote human rights and equality.

That evening, at the College for Creative Studies' A. Alfred Taubman Center, curators Angel Antonio Ojeda and Jeremy Brown will present 20 abstract paintings by 20 local couples carrying a message of love's ability to transcend all forms of discrimination, varying from race to gender to sexual orientation.  

GM recalls new Cadillac CTS models over break issue

(November 14, 2011) General Motors said that it is recalling 674 2012 Cadillac CTS vehicles after it discovered that some vehicles had improperly assembled components that could cause the loss of braking ability.

GM said some vehicles have a power vacuum brake boost pushrod retention nut that was not properly tightened; the nut could loosen and allow the pushrod to separate from the brake pedal.

Mopar brand launches new Website for Chrysler Group owners

The new site, targeted at Chrysler Group vehicle owners, offers personalized features and services tailored to customer needs. 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show attendees will be among the first to experience the new site, which officially launches on Wednesday.

Ford's cloud-connected Evos Concept to debut at electronics show
