American Pickers' Mike Wolfe unveils Indian Chief this weekend

(August 3, 2013) LOS ANGELES — Mike Wolfe (antiquearchaeology.com), creator and star of History's "American Pickers," has teamed up with Indian Motorcycle as a spokesperson for America's first and most iconic maker of motorcycles. This weekend Wolfe will be at the 73rd Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally to help unveil the all-new 2014 Indian Chief, two and a half years in the making and one of the most highly anticipated events in the bike world in years.

It was a local Indian bike club that started what is now the internationally renowned Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and it is Wolfe, a long-time collector of vintage Indians, who represents the bridge between the classic pedigree of the iconic motorcycle and the modern technology of the 2014 Chief.

With one of its biggest stars attached to Indian, History has followed with its own expanded relationshi
p with the company, which this year is the title sponsor of the network's "Bike Week."  Wolfe is the face of the special week and of the audience sweepstakes "Own the Road."
