2019 Nissan Armada's starting price set at $48,185

(September 5, 2018) NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Nissan today announced U.S. pricing for the 2019 Nissan Armada full-size, 8-passenger SUV, which is on sale now at Nissan dealers nationwide. It starts at $48,185 including destination charge. That represents a $700 price increase over the base 2018 Armada.

For the 2019 model year, Armada adds to its comprehensive suite of standard features including class-above 8-passenger seating, best-in-class standard 390 horsepower and towing capacity of 8,500 pounds for both 4WD and 2WD models.

For 2019, all Armada models now feature: standard Rear Door Alert, standard Intelligent cruise control, standard Automatic Emergency Braking, and standard Intelligent Forward Collision Warning.

The 2019 Armada is available in a choice of four grade levels — SV, SL Platinum and Platinum Reserve — each equipped with a 5.6-liter Endurance V8 and 7-speed automatic transmission.

The 2019 Armada's standard Rear Door Alert system is designed to help remind customers of items that may be forgotten in the rear seat — pets, valuables, dry cleaning, groceries and more. If the system detects that a rear door is opened prior to driving, and the customer does not open a rear door again at the end of the trip, the system can remind customers that something might be left in the rear seat.

RDA — the industry's first system that uses the horn in addition to door sensors and a message display on the center instrument panel — is designed to be simple, unobtrusive and can be easily turned on or off as needed.

Also among the many advanced technology systems available for 2019 is the standard Intelligent Rear View Mirror (I-RVM), which uses a high-resolution camera mounted on the rear of the vehicle to project a clear image onto an LCD monitor built into the standard rearview mirror. A switch located at the bottom of the mirror allows the driver to access either the traditional rearview mirror system or the Intelligent Rear View Mirror.

Armada's extensive suite of available advanced safety and convenience systems includes Intelligent Distance Control (I-DC), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Lane Departure Warning/Intelligent Lane Intervention (LDW/I-LI), Blind Spot Warning (BSW), Intelligent Back-up Intervention (I-BI), Remote Engine Start System, Family Entertainment System and Intelligent Around View Monitor (I-AVM).

The Armada tops out at $67,085 for the Platinum Reserve 4X4.
