DeLorean going back into production

(February 1, 2016) After a 34-year hiatus, the DeLorean Motor Company announced it is putting its famous stainless steel gull-winged sports car back into production.  Between January 1981 and December 1982, about 9,200 were built.  The company plans an additional 300 units, beginning in 2017.  Want one?  Prepare to spend $100,000.

Honda offers sneak peek at 2017 Ridgeline Super Bowl commercial

(February 1, 2016) Honda today offered a sneak peek of the brand's commercial for Super Bowl 50 starring the highly innovative 2017 Honda Ridgeline pickup, a wily herding dog and a flock of sheep singing a classic Queen song, "Somebody to Love."

Fans tuning in to Super Bowl 50 on Sunday will see the 60-second spot, "A New Truck to Love," during the third quarter.

European Honda Civic Type R in finals for World Performance Car of the Year

(February 1, 2016) The British-built Honda Civic Type R has roared into contention to be crowned World Performance Car of the Year (WCOTY) after reaching the final five in a competition judged by 73 leading motoring writers from across the globe.

The accolade marks the first time that a Honda has made it into the final, and the latest in a line of accolades for Honda’s "race car for the road" on the back of scooping the Scottish Car of the Year award in November, and securing its first motorsport success with the drivers and constructors titles in the 2015 British Touring Car Championship.
