Jaguar to produce coupe version of new F-TYPE roadster

Volkswagen sets pricing of Passat 1.8T models starting at $20,895

(November 9, 2013) HERNDON, Va. — Having launched the new EA888 1.8-liter turbocharged and direct-injection TSI engine in the Jetta lineup and in the Passat 1.8T SEL Premium, Volkswagen has announced pricing for the remainder of the Passat 1.8T lineup — the 1.8T S, 1.8T Wolfsburg Edition, 1.8T SE, 1.8T SE with Sunroof, and 1.8T SE with Sunroof and Navigation.

Toyota phasing out FJ Cruiser with final special edition

(November 6, 2013) LAS VEGAS — It’s finally here…and then it’s gone.  Toyota on Tuesday unveiled the 2014 FJ Cruiser Trail Teams Ultimate Edition at the 2013 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show here.

The 2014 Trail Teams Ultimate Edition is a commemorative final special edition of the FJ Cruiser. It is the toughest and most capable FJ ever and pays tribute to the iconic vehicle that will end its production run at the conclusion of the 2014 model year.  With limited production, only 2,500 will be built.

Ford design chief J Mays retiring, other leadership changes announced

(November 6, 2013) DEARBORN, Mich. — Ford announced on Tuesday that J Mays, group vice president and chief creative officer, Design, is retiring after more than 33 years in the automotive industry. In parallel, Moray Callum is elected a Ford Motor Company officer and named vice president, Design. At the same time, Ford announced a series of other changes in its senior leadership team.

Acura debuts custom performance sedans at SEMA

Toyota to show Japan's 'taxi of the future' at Tokyo auto show
