(March 4, 2011) NORTHBROOK, Ill. (PRNewswire) — For the third year in a row, Allstate Insurance Company is giving away a custom motorcycle designed by legendary bike builder Dave Perewitz during its "Allstate Retro-Knucklehead Sweepstakes."

The builder's latest masterpiece, a custom Knucklehead bobber, will be unveiled by Allstate and Perewitz March 4 at the Allstate Rider Protection Zone in Daytona Beach, Fla., as part of Daytona Bike Week.

The custom bike features a springer front end, rigid frame, spoke wheels, S&S Knucklehead engine and a signature Perewitz paint job.

"Creating custom motorcycles is a true passion of mine, and I take a lot of pride in building each and every one of these bikes," said Perewitz. "I'm thrilled to once again partner with Allstate, a company that has been a true champion for motorcycle safety awareness and rider protection, to make this unique bike available for one lucky person to enjoy."

Last year, Allstate teamed with Perewitz to give away a custom Pro Street style motorcycle designed by the bike builder. Perewitz also served as an advocate for Allstate's "Once is Never Enough" (ONE) campaign to promote motorcycle safety awareness, and in 2011 will make a series of appearances at motorcycle rallies as part of the Allstate Rider Protection Zone mobile tour.

The Allstate Rider Protection Zone will feature a variety of activities for motorcycle enthusiasts during the 2011 rally season, including the Allstate Motorcycle Safety Museum, massage and shoe shine area, and complementary cell phone charging station. In addition to the prize Retro-Knucklehead bike, the mobile tour will display four additional custom bikes built by Perewitz.
