Mecum’s 2022 Tulsa Collector Car Auction reaches $17 million in sales

(June 20, 2022) Mecum Auctions held its second annual auction in Tulsa, Okla., with sales at its June 9-11 return to SageNet Center at Expo Square reaching $17 million in total. The sophomore event drew large, enthusiastic crowds over the course of the three auction days as a total of 643 vehicles crossed the auction block and a 77% sell-through rate was achieved.

Volvo Cars makes New Jersey its Americas hub for EV training



(June 20, 2022) MAHWAH, N.J.  — Volvo Cars is expanding its footprint in New Jersey to prepare for a future selling only electric vehicles by building a new technical and training facility, and installing 50 EV chargers, at the company’s headquarters in Mahwah. Ground has been broken at the future site of the Volvo Car Americas Technical and Training Center. The new facility will enable the company to better support its network of retailers and their service technicians in the US, Canada, Mexico and South America. It is scheduled to open in March 2023.

Polestar to debut first electric performance SUV, Polestar 3, in October
