(November 20, 2021) GUANGZHOU, China — Lincoln has debuted its first locally produced sedan — the all-new Lincoln Zephyr — in China at Auto Guangzhou. The highly anticipated Zephyr highlights the future direction of Lincoln’s design and intelligent technology, and is expected to contribute to Lincoln’s growth in China.

(November 19, 2021) SPARTANBURG, S.C. — BMW Manufacturing has announced that it will expand its logistics operations to a new building being developed across Interstate 85 from the plant. The facility, located off Freeman Farm Road, is being constructed by Becknell Industrial. Total investment in the project is approximately $100 million. When completed, the new logistics center will be nearly one million square feet in size with an opportunity for future expansion.

This fifth-generation (1970-1979) Lincoln Continental was found in a field of used up vehicles in Utah. Over that 10-year span the big luxury boat underwent several exterior styling upgrades. The Continental was a large car stretching out in the neighborhood of 225 inches in both two-door and four-door styles. During this time the 2 1/2-ton car was motivated by two large V-8 engines, a 6.6-liter and a 7.5-liter mated to a 3-speed automatic. (Photo by Jim Prueter)
