Hyundai reveals living space of new IONIQ5 electric vehicle



(February 16, 2021) SEOUL — Hyundai has released new images, revealing the spacious and versatile interior of the much-anticipated IONIQ 5, which will make its virtual world premiere on Feb. 23. IONIQ 5 is Hyundai’s first battery electric vehicle (BEV) model to utilize the Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP). This BEV-dedicated platform houses a flat battery that enables a spacious and customizable interior, offering personalized mobility with flexible configurations to comfortably accommodate both passengers and cargo.

Ford, Venari Group use blue-light expertise to build new lightweight ambulance



(February 15, 2021) LONDON — Ford today announced plans to re-establish its presence in the UK ambulance market, with an innovative new Transit ambulance developed in conjunction with industry experts and front-line medical teams under the code name Project Siren. Scheduled to enter production in mid-2021, the new vehicle’s lightweight design is fully compliant with the national specification advocated by the Lord Carter Report, offering all the equipment and capability of a front-line ambulance within a 3.5-tonne gross vehicle weight.
