Ford sets world record for largest gathering of Mustangs — 1,326

(September 10, 2019) COLOGNE, Germany — Examples from every generation of Mustang since the iconic sports car’s launch in 1964 converged on Ford’s Lommel Proving Ground on Sept. 7, to help set a new world record for the largest number of Mustangs gathered in one place.

Ford smashed its own record of 960 vehicles, set in Toluca, Mexico, on Dec. 3, 2017, with 1,326 Mustangs from all over Europe making the pilgrimage to the Ford testing facility in Belgium.

First electric Volkswagen ID family vehicle debuts for European market

(September 10, 2019) FRANKFURT, Germany — Volkswagen is launching into a new era of environmentally friendly mobility and will showcase the fully electric ID.3 at Frankfurt Motor Show this week. The first model from the MEB product line for electric vehicles impresses with the high levels of driving dynamics characteristic of electric cars.

It has been fully networked and, in the ID.3 1ST special edition, enables electrically powered ranges of up to 420 kilometers (261 miles) with initially three equipment variants.

Bentley's iconic 1929 Blower to be reborn in new 12-car series
