This International tow truck from the 1930s — complete with some good-looking tires — was found in Nevada. International trucks have been built since 1914. C and D Series trucks were built in the 1930s with inline 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder engines with horsepower ranging from 33 to 120 hp.

Honda announces new passenger front airbag design to reduce injuries

(August 24, 2019) RAYMOND, Ohio — Honda has announced the development of an innovative new passenger front airbag technology designed to better protect occupants in a wide range of frontal collision scenarios, including angled crashes between vehicles or a vehicle and another object. Honda plans to begin applying its advanced airbag design to new products in the United States in 2020.

EVgo and Electrify America announce interoperability across country

(August 23, 2019) — Electrify America and EVgo have announced an interoperability agreement that increases access to electric vehicle (EV) charging stations throughout the country. The roaming partnership allows drivers to charge their EVs on both EVgo and Electrify America public chargers without additional fees, using their existing accounts for a seamless experience.

Drivers will be able to access public chargers on either the EVgo or Electrify America networks without having to create new memberships, registrations, or payment methods.

Range increased to 259 miles in 2020 Chevrolet Bolt EV

(August 23, 2019) DETROIT — The game-changing Chevrolet Bolt EV will now take customers even farther. Starting with model year 2020, the Bolt EV will offer a remarkable EPA-estimated 259 miles of range on a full charge, a 21-mile increase over previous model years. The Chevrolet Bolt EV’s combination of long range and affordability continues to attract new customers to the electric vehicle segment, and the 2020 Bolt EV will appeal to even more customers by allowing them to travel farther between charging sessions.

2020 Honda Civic Si launching with styling, performance updates

(August 23, 2019) On the heels of several technology and interior upgrades introduced for model year 2019, the 2020 Honda Civic Si Sedan and Si Coupe are further improved with front and rear styling updates, new more refined LED headlight designs, and a revised final-drive ratio for more responsive acceleration. Additionally, Honda Sensing is now standard equipment on Civic Si Sedan and Coupe. Arriving in dealers Sept. 6, the 2020 Honda Civic Si Sedan and Coupe will have a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price starting at $25,000.

Mullin Automotive Museum's 1937 Delahaye wins at Pebble Beach

(August 21, 2019) OXNARD, Calif. — The Mullin Automotive Museum located in Oxnard has announced that one of its vehicles has won a coveted “Best in Class” award at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance during the Monterey Car Week in Monterey, Calif., on Aug. 18. The Mullin’s 1937 Delahaye Type 145 Chapron Coupe received the highest award in the “European Classic Closed” class, from a field of competitors around the globe.
