BMW installing 100 charging stations in and near National Parks

(July 9, 209) The BMW Group has announced the successful completion of its project, in partnership with the National Park Foundation, National Park Service, and Department of Energy, to donate 100 electric vehicle charging stations in and near to national parks throughout the United States. Additionally, to date, more than 90 of the charging stations have been installed, with the remainder on course to open this month.

BMW Group, Daimler launch cooperation on automated driving

Subaru reports best-ever June sales and record first-half results

(July 5, 2019) Subaru of America has reported 61,511 vehicle sales for June, a 2.8 percent increase compared with June 2018, and the best June sales in the history of the company. Subaru also sold a record 339,525 vehicles in the first half of 2019, up 5.2 percent compared with the same period last year.

June marked the 64th consecutive month of 40,000+ vehicle sales for the automaker. Outback and Ascent sales were notably strong as each model achieved its best June ever.
