Once upon a time, there was no such thing as a crossover, or Crossover Utility Vehicle (CUV).  Back in the 80’s there were only truck-based sport utility vehicles (SUVs), available in either full-size (as a Ford Bronco, Chevy K-Blazer, Jeep Grand Wagoneer, Dodge Ramcharger), or mid-sized dimensions like the Toyota 4Runner and a fleet of competitors (Ford Explorer, Chevy Blazer, Jeep Cherokee, Dodge Durango, Nissan Pathfinder and Xterra). 

Lexus sets pricing for 2019 ES 350 starting at $40,495

(July 27, 2018) PLANO, Texas — Entering its seventh generation, the all-new 2019 Lexus ES will go on sale in September with a base price of $40,495 including destination charge, a $550 increase over the outgoing model. The latest ES sedan delivers enhanced comfort, craftsmanship and luxury in one of the most competitive segments in the industry.

In addition to the ES 350, the ultra-efficient ES 300h will go on sale with a base price of $42,305, a $510 decrease compared to its predecessor.

U.S. reservations for all-electric Audi e-tron to open Sept. 17

(July 27, 2018) HERNDON, Va. — U.S. customers will be able to configure and reserve their 2019 Audi e-tron, the first all-electric vehicle from Audi, on Sept. 17. The e-tron will make its global debut on the same day at an event in San Francisco.

On Sept. 17, full e-tron specifications, including pricing, will be available at www.audiusa.com, giving customers the details needed to configure their e-tron and reserve their vehicle with a refundable $1,000 reservation fee.

Mercedes-Benz to begin selling 2019 A-Class sedan late this year
