Infiniti donates $1.16 million to charities in partnership with the NCAA

(June 18, 2018) NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Infiniti has announced it has donated $1,160,680 to charitable organizations as part of the brand's ongoing corporate partnership with the NCAA and the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC). Phil O'Connor, director of Marketing Communications and Media at Infiniti Americas, presented the checks last week to the winning philanthropies at Infiniti's North American headquarters.

Ford, Vaughn Gittin Jr. salute American WWII pilots who defended Britain

BMW celebrates opening of Shanghai Research and Development Center

Subaru sells first all-new three-row Ascent in U.S.

(June 16, 2018) Subaru of America today announced the first sale of its all-new three-row Ascent SUV to a loyal Subaru owner by Sommer’s Subaru in Mequon, Wis. After taking delivery, the retailer’s staff held a small celebration for the new owner. Sommer’s Subaru delivered the first all-new 2019 Ascent to long-time Subaru owner, Samantha Ernest of Pewaukee, Wis., who was accompanied by her two sons, Caden and Oliver, and their Boston Terrier, Brewer.

Volvo and Polestar launch Polestar Engineered electrified performance offer

(June 15, 2018) Volvo Cars, the premium car maker, is launching a new upgraded electrified performance offer called Polestar Engineered, specifically developed for its new 60 Series T8 Twin Engine plug-in hybrid cars. The announcement comes one week before the company will reveal its new S60 premium sports sedan at the inauguration of its first U.S. manufacturing plant in Charleston, S.C.

The plant is the sole production site for the new S60, which is the first Volvo car made in the US.

Katzkin Wrangler on road trip to show Jeep transformation

(June 15, 2018) NASHVILLE — Custom automotive leather manufacturer Katzkin is transforming rides across the country and is now taking to the highways to show that transformation off, in the form of a boldly designed all-new 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL, featuring over $7,000 of Authentic Mopar Accessories and a unique Katzkin Leather interior. 

According to Doug Johnson, director of OEM development for Katzkin, the program began in May in Michigan and will end in Las Vegas at the 2018 SEMA show, with specific stops at various events along the way including Jeep Beach in Daytona Beach, Fla., Mopar’s annual "We Are Mopar"in Texas and the Toledo Jeep Fest in Ohio.
