2018 XTS joins new generation of Cadillac design and technology

(June 19, 2017) DETROIT — Cadillac is upgrading its XTS full-sized sedan, which hit the market in 2013, with technical, chassis and appearance changes to heighten its appeal for 2018. Once the flagship sedan of the brand, it now slots below the slightly larger and more expensive CT6, which reached the marketplace as a 2016 model.

GM's Arlington Supplier Park creates jobs, efficiency

(June 18, 2017) ARLINGTON, Texas — General Motors has announced plans to open a new supplier park to support future vehicle production at its Arlington Assembly. The new park is expected to house up to 1,250 employees, including bringing more than 850 new jobs to Arlington, Texas. These new jobs are in addition to the 7,000 GM jobs and $1 billion in U.S. investments GM announced earlier this year. The park is expected to be operational in 2018.

(June 18, 2017) I was certain someone had made a mistake. Just under two years ago a very similar Volkswagen SportWagen was dropped off at the office. It had the same Silk Blue Metallic paint and beige cloth interior. The only difference was that this car had an automatic transmission and a slightly different wheel design.
