Renault-Nissan CEO Ghosn skeptical on role of car sharing in industry

(January 13, 2016) DETROIT — Although the practice of car sharing is growing, Renault-Nissan Alliance CEO Carlos Ghosn said he is skeptical about it as a business segment for world automakers.

"Is it going to be a significant part of this industry?" Ghosn asked at the Automotive News World Congress. "I have some doubts. This is a time of uncertainty."

Kia shows updated 2017 Forte compact sedan

(January 12, 2016) IRVINE, Calif. — Kia unveiled the refreshed 2017 Forte compact sedan at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit this week.  The 2017 Forte sedan has been improved for the new model year with subtle visual changes, a new 2.0-liter 4-cylinder powertrain engineered for improved fuel economy and performance, and a host of advanced convenience and driver-assistance features.

Pricing for the 2017 Forte will be announced closer to the vehicle’s on-sale date in the first quarter of 2016.

Acura Precision Concept points to bold future for Acura design
