1969 was a good year for the popular Ford Mustang — which underwent some major restyling — with nearly 300,000 units sold. It came in coupe, convertible and fastback formats with the base engine a 200 cubic inch six cylinder. The base V-8 was a 302 cubic inch two barrel V-8.
