2024 Honda Pioneer 1000 lineup available in new TrueTimber camo



(October 30, 2023) American Honda has announced the return of its flagship multipurpose side-by-sides, the Pioneer 1000, Pioneer 1000-5 and Pioneer 1000-6 Deluxe Crew, for the 2024 model year. As part of a larger brand partnership between Honda and camouflage industry leader TrueTimber, these models will be available in Atera Camo, a pattern designed by TrueTimber that is exclusive to Honda in the powersports industry. Other colors are available as well.

The boxer BMW GS has been the undisputed leader of the competitive field ever since. To ensure this remains the case in the future, BMW Motorrad has opted for an almost completely new design for the new R 1300 GS, with a weight saving of 26 pounds compared to the previous model.
 

Honda confirms new XL750 Transalp for U.S. market

IIHS commentary — Simple steps could reduce motorcyclist deaths

(August 30, 2023) In the 15 years since I began researching motorcyclist safety, evidence has continued piling up about commonsense measures that could reduce deaths. However, we have failed to fully implement these solutions, and the death toll in the U.S. has continued to rise, reaching a record high of over 6,000 in 2021, the latest year for which statistics are available. Thinking of all the motorcyclists I’ve known in the safety community over the years, this toll isn’t just a number to me. We’ve got to do more to address this aspect of our road safety crisis.
