Petersen Automotive Museum to host in-depth Tesla exhibition

GM collaborates on electric battery separator



(November 7, 2022) DETROIT — General Motors and battery manufacturer Microvast will work together to develop specialized EV battery separator technology and build a new separator plant in the U.S., which is expected to create hundreds of new jobs. This work will be supported by a $200 million grant from the U.S. Department of Energy's Battery Materials Processing and Battery Manufacturing initiative.

Tesla recalling 24,000 Model 3s over seatbelt issue



(November 5, 2022) WASHINGTON — Tesla is recalling a bit more than 24,000 2017-2022 Model 3s in the U.S. over a seat belt issue. The Austin-based electric vehicle company said the second-row left seat belt buckle and second-row center seat belt anchor may have been incorrectly reassembled during vehicle service.
