World’s oldest Bentley T-Series gets new life



(April 15, 2022) CREWE, England — After decades of being off the road and in storage, the very first Bentley T-Series is being brought back to life after the start of a complete wheels-up restoration. The 6¼-liter pushrod V8 has been started for the first time in at least 15 years, and the engine and gearbox have proven to be in good condition despite their extended rest.

Camp Jeep Returns to New York Auto Show with 28-foot 'mountain'



(April 15, 2022) NEW YORK — Camp Jeep returns to New York, making its 16th appearance at the New York International Auto Show at the Jacob Javits Center in Manhattan. Since 2004, more than 425,000 New York auto show attendees have experienced this ultimate off-road driving course. Camp Jeep gives show-goers a chance to experience some of the extreme off-road capabilities of Jeep vehicles.

A conglomeration of Edsels



This conglomeration of Edsels was found in an Arizona salvage yard. If anyone is restoring an Edsel, this may be a treasure drove of parts. Built by Ford, Edsel was designed to range above Ford and Mercury and below Lincoln in the Ford lineup. The sedan was sold for just three years — 1958-1960 — before it was discontinued because of anemic sales.

Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing 120th Anniversary Edition debuts — and sold



(April 13, 2022) This year marks the 120th anniversary of the Cadillac brand. To celebrate, Cadillac is expanding the Collector’s Series with the introduction of the 2023 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing 120th Anniversary Edition. The 120th Anniversary Edition is limited to 120 cars, each uniquely numbered with a year in Cadillac’s history. Car 1902, the first in this new Collector’s Series, represents the founding year of Cadillac.

Hyundai Alabama to launch first U.S. built Santa Fe Hybrid



(April 13, 2022) MONTGOMERY, Ala., — Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama (HMMA) has announced it will continue to grow its sport utility vehicle production capabilities later this year with the addition of the hybrid version of the Santa Fe. The Santa Fe Hybrid will join the Elantra sedan, Santa Fe and Tucson SUVs, and Santa Cruz Sport Adventure Vehicle on the Montgomery assembly line.
