Subaru facilitates more than 36,000 shelter pet adoptions in 2021



(March 24, 2022) Subaru of America has announced that in conjunction with hundreds of Subaru retailers and partner shelters across the country, the automaker successfully helped more than 36,000 shelter pets find loving new homes during Subaru Loves Pets month in October 2021. Nearly 60,000 shelter animals have been adopted in the two years since the Subaru Loves Pets adoption campaign began.
 


Remarkable $66.3 million achieved at Mecum Glendale 2022

The total marks a 53% increase over last year’s Glendale auction, and sell-through for the reserve-based auction reached 78% as 1,285 of all 1,657 lots offered ultimately hammered sold.

GM recalls 740,600 GMC Terrains; Ford recalls 196,000 F-150s, SUVs



(March 23, 2022) WASHINGTON — General Motors is recalling nearly 740,600 U.S. vehicles for bright headlight reflections that may cause glare or be distracting to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash. Ford is expanding a recall from June 2020 by adding nearly 196,000 older-model pickups and SUVs because of an issue with leaking brake fluid that may reduce front brake function. according to Automotive News.

Toyota and ChargePoint enhance EV driving with home, public charging

New Maserati Grecale SUV endowed with three powerful engines



(March 23, 2022) MILAN — Maserati is set to challenge such popular SUVs as the Porsche Macan and BMW X3 with the Grecale midsize SUV. It is Maserati's second SUV after the larger Levante. It will arrive in European dealerships in the third quarter and in the U.S. by the end of 2022, and it will be come with a regular gasoline engine and two mild-hybrid versions. An EV will launch in 2024.
