A new form of electrifying driving — BMW i Vision Dynamics

(September 13, 2017) FRANKFURT, Germany — Just a year after the presentation of its future-focused NEXT 100 vision vehicles, the BMW Group is introducing the electric mobility of the much more immediate future at the auto show in Frankfurt. The BMW i Vision Dynamics is a four-door Gran Coupe with a range of 373 miles, a top speed of over 120 mph and acceleration of 0-62 mph in four seconds.

Shelby American has limited number of 2018 Shelby Raptors available

(September 14, 2017) LAS VEGAS — Shelby American has reintroduced its popular Shelby Raptor, beginning with a limited number of 2018 model year trucks that will be available through its North American dealers. With an incredible 610-plus foot pounds of torque and 525 horsepower, the super truck is based on the newest generation Ford F-150 Raptor. Only 500 total 2018 Shelby Raptors will be available through the dealer network.

Florida tow truck lives on as advertising sign

Volkswagen increases August sales by 9.3 percent year-over-year

(September 13, 2017) The Volkswagen Passenger Cars brand delivered 495,200 vehicles throughout the world in August, a 9.3 percent increase over August 2016. Worldwide sales were helped by VW's U.S. performance, which was up 9 percent.

Jürgen Stackmann, Volkswagen Brand board member for sales, said, "In August, the positive trend in demand for Volkswagen models continued in all sales regions — a development that was already in evidence in the second quarter. Especially growth in South and North America as well as China is increasingly dynamic. Volkswagen is also growing in Europe, with the exception of Germany."

Jaguar charges up I-PACE with all-electric race series

(September 13, 2017) FRANKFURT — After becoming the first premium manufacturer to enter Formula E in 2016, Jaguar has created the world’s first production battery electric vehicle race series. The Jaguar I-PACE eTROPHY will be the support series for the FIA Formula E championship, taking place on the same weekends at the same city circuits, starting in late 2018.

Exclusively featuring Jaguar I-PACE eTROPHY race cars, the new all-electric series gives racers of the future a chance to showcase their talent, competing on the world stage in zero-emissions motorsport.

Honda launches 5-video series to drive excitement for new motorcycle

Historic Lozier gathering big news for Atlanta Concours
