Honda launches global communications site for selected motorcycle models

(September 21, 2016) Honda announced today the launching of "Honda Moto 2017," a global communications website to promote selected 2017 motorcycle models slated for future release. The new website will introduce each of the selected models in a short-film drama format, depicting a unique lifestyle through the interaction of riders and their bikes, thereby promoting the motorcycle lifestyle and the Honda brand.

Chevrolet Bolt EV to start at $37,495

(September 20, 2016) DETROIT — The Chevrolet Bolt EV set the range benchmark for an affordable EV capable of going the distance by offering an EPA-rated 238 miles on a full charge. Now, Chevrolet is keeping its promise to offer the Bolt EV at an affordable price by confirming a base price of $37,495 including destination charge.

Depending on individual tax situations, customers may receive an available federal tax credit of up to $7,500 for a net value of $29,995.

Ford's big trucks hauling in big sales in 2016

(September 20, 2016) DEARBORN, Mich. — Ford has outfitted hard-working fleets with more F-650 and F-750 trucks in the first eight months of 2016 than all year in 2015. Sales of the all-new medium-duty Ford trucks are up 59 percent year-over-year through August, with 10,160 sold. That’s the best year-to-date sales total for Ford’s largest trucks since August 1997.

World's fastest Beetle achieves 205.122 mph at Bonneville Salt Flats
