2015 Camaro Commemorative Edition debuts at SEMA

(November 2, 2014) LAS VEGAS — Chevrolet revealed the 2015 Camaro Commemorative Edition at the SEMA Show today. The special edition celebrates the success of the fifth-generation Camaro — which is on track to be America’s best-selling performance car for five consecutive years — and marks the final year for the fifth generation. The special edition goes on sale this spring.

Hyundai Elantra surpasses 10 million units in global sales

(November 1, 2014) FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif. — Hyundai’s award-winning Elantra, also known as Avante in other parts of the world, recently sold its 10 millionth unit globally. Elantra is Hyundai’s first model, and one of only 10 cars in the history of the auto industry, to reach 10 million sales.

Elantra was launched 24 years ago in 1990 and was able to reach this mark by selling an average of 420,000 per year or approximately 1,100 a day.
