Chrysler invests $374 million, adds 1,250 jobs in transmission plants

Chevrolet donates 300 vehicles to train first responders

(February 28, 2013) DETROIT — Chevrolet is donating up to 300 cars, crossovers and SUVs rendered unsalable during Hurricane Sandy to help train first responders at Guardian Centers in Perry, Ga.

The water-damaged vehicles are expected to help provide a realistic environment to simulate real-world incidents and natural disasters for first responders to make accurate and quick responses to victims.

Ford's 'Driving Skills for Life' program growing
