Last Oldsmobile made to be sold at auction Friday

(December 11, 2017) The last Oldsmobile to come off the assembly line is headed for auction. General Motors and GM Financial will sell the 2004 Oldsmobile Alero at State Line Auto Auction in Waverly, N.Y., on Friday, Dec. 15.

After rolling off the assembly line in Lansing, Mich., it spent some time at the R.E. Olds Transportation Museum in Lansing.  E
ventually, it ended up at the GM Heritage Center. 

The vehicle was “signed” by the Oldsmobile assembly line workers who built it.  The car will be offered with its original Oldsmobile MSO. Additionally, the last Oldsmobile Cutlass will be offered for sale at State Line Auto Auction. It is a 1999 model, also on its original Oldsmobile MSO.

Another vehicle, a 1996 Oldsmobile Cierra, will also be sold. All three Oldsmobiles have been at the GM heritage center and all three have extremely low mileage.They will be sold in an open sale environment, open to all dealers.
