2020 Toyota Tundra — Capable, reliable, but showing its age

(December 18, 2019) My test truck this week was the 2020 Toyota Tundra four-wheel drive TRD Pro CrewMax, finished in a new exterior color called Army Green. It came trimmed with black leather interior with red contrast stitching.

December gas prices drop as stocks build, demand drops

(December 17, 2019) December is finally bringing cheaper gas prices to pumps across the country. Today’s average is $2.55, which is nearly a nickel cheaper than the beginning of the month. Decreasing gasoline demand and increasing stocks are driving the change in pump prices, according to AAA.

The latest Energy Information Administration (EIA) reports show gasoline demand at its lowest rate since mid-February and the highest stock levels since this summer.

Kia goes all out in luxury with 2019 full-size K900 sedan

AAA says 115.6 million travelers will break holiday records

California dreaming — Nissan's U.S. design center celebrating 40 years

(December 10, 2019) SAN DIEGO — The Nissan Hardbody truck, 1986 Pathfinder, 1999 Xterra, 350Z, 370Z, and GT-R all have one thing in common: Nissan's first overseas design center founded in 1979 in San Diego.

Named Nissan Design America (NDA), the California-based center also led design for the 2020 Titan and the all-new 2020 Sentra. NDA provides creative contributions to Nissan's global design operation in the areas of the exterior, interior, color, materials, and user experience/user interface design.

Slowly, but steadily, gas prices are decreasing

(December 10, 2019) At $2.57, the national gas price average is a penny cheaper on the week. The majority of states saw minimal movement at the pump in the last week, several saw decreases of up to four cents while fewer than a dozen states saw gas prices increase, according to AAA weekly analysis.

“Since the end of October, gasoline demand has mostly decreased as gasoline stocks have mostly increased, paving the way for cheaper gas prices,” said Jeanette Casselano, AAA spokesperson. “AAA expects stocks to continue to grow and drive gas prices even cheaper through year-end.”
