New Jaguar F-Type V8 recreates historic sprint test

(March 4, 2013) Sixty years after Jaguar’s legendary test driver Norman Dewis achieved a world record average flying mile speed of 172.4mph in a modified XK 120, Jaguar returned to Jabbeke, Belgium, on March 2 for another sprint test, this time with a new Jaguar F-TYPE V8S and 1988 Le Mans 24 hour race-winning driver Andy Wallace.

Raw power in Muscle Cars Forever stamps

Two Lincolns used in 'The Godfather' to be auctioned

(December 29, 2012) Two rare 1941 Lincoln vehicles used in the 1972 movie "The Godfather" will be sold at The Bonhams Scottsdale (Arizona) auction Jan. 17 at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa.

The two cars used in Francis Ford Coppola's epic movie are a 1941 Lincoln Custom limousine and a 1941 Lincoln Continental coupe.

Christmas exhibit is Chrysler Museum's finale

Chrysler Museum is closing to the public at the end of the year, but it's going out on a festive note: the 55,000-square-foot facility is decked out for the holidays, with period-appropriate trees and décor paired with classic and concept cars from its collection.

The annual “Cars, Trees and Traditions” exhibit features vehicles amid Christmas decorations from the early 1900s to the mid-1980s.
