F-150 Lightning launches on April 26; Ford looks ahead with celebration



(April 18, 2022) DEARBORN, Mich. — The countdown is on. April 26 marks the launch of the all-new, all-electric F-150 Lightning pickup. Ford and UAW leaders will host customers and employees to celebrate the start of F-150 Lightning production at the Rouge Electric Vehicle Center in Dearborn. Ford employees and F-150 Lightning customers will join the “Job 1” event for the first-ever full-size all-electric pickup to go on sale, a milestone moment in the country’s shift to electric vehicles.

Jeep grows Wagoneer 12 inches with long WB version to size of a Suburban

Mustang continues as world’s best-selling sports coupe

World’s oldest Bentley T-Series gets new life



(April 15, 2022) CREWE, England — After decades of being off the road and in storage, the very first Bentley T-Series is being brought back to life after the start of a complete wheels-up restoration. The 6¼-liter pushrod V8 has been started for the first time in at least 15 years, and the engine and gearbox have proven to be in good condition despite their extended rest.

Hyundai Alabama to launch first U.S. built Santa Fe Hybrid



(April 13, 2022) MONTGOMERY, Ala., — Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama (HMMA) has announced it will continue to grow its sport utility vehicle production capabilities later this year with the addition of the hybrid version of the Santa Fe. The Santa Fe Hybrid will join the Elantra sedan, Santa Fe and Tucson SUVs, and Santa Cruz Sport Adventure Vehicle on the Montgomery assembly line.
